Tysin began serving as associate pastor in February 2025. He grew up in Manhattan, Kansas. After receiving a degree in music education and music performance from Emporia State University, he attended the Expositors Seminary in Kansas City, KS and received a Master of Divinity degree in 2017. He served as the pastor of worship and administration at Flint Hills Bible Church in Emporia, KS for four years before moving to Morton, IL where he served as the music and worship pastor at New Castle Bible Church until 2025. In his role as associate pastor, Tysin seeks to build up the body of Christ and equip the saints for the work of ministry through teaching, preaching, discipleship, and counseling. Tysin has been married to Candace since 2014, and God has blessed them with two children: their son, Abbott and their daughter Annabelle.
